FAQs

All dice, dice accessories, and other items I sell are all handmade. From sanding the masters, to making the molds, to sanding, polishing, and inking the finals, everything is done by hand.

Because the dice are handmade, there can be minor imperfections. These occasional imperfections (such as tiny surface bubbles, faint sanding lines, and the like) are unavoidable, but only cosmetic. However, all the dice are 100% rollable, as balanced as any mass produced dice, and I would never sell anything I wouldn't play with myself.

Shipping

I am not affliated with USPS or UPS. Once your order is in the hands of the service, there is nothing more I can do. Please contact your local post office or UPS if you experience delivery issues.

ALL ORDERS COME WITH TRACKING VIA USPS OR UPS

  • WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME?

    Dice that need to be inked can take up to 5 days before being shipped. Other items that are ready to ship can take up to 2 days. 

    If your tracking doesn't update after a week of recieving it, please feel free to reach out to me.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?

    Once shipped, meaning that USPS/UPS has updated your tracking to show that it was recieved, most orders in the domestic USA will take anywhere between 2-10 days. International orders can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks

  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?

    - If your items are still in transit and seems to be stuck, please try to reach out to your local post office. If you need my help, do not hesitate to reach out to me.
    If your items are damaged, please contact me within 72 hours of recieving them so we can figure out a potential exchange or partial refund.
    If your order is marked as delivered but you don't have it, please try to check with neighbors or main office to see if it was misplaced, or with the post office to see if they're holding it. If you need additional help, please feel free to reach out to me.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE USA?

    - Yes, I can ship anywhere except the UK and EU.

    FOR CUSTOMERS IN UK AND EU, due to the UK VAT laws and new EU GSPR laws, I cannot ship items to your locations as a seller. I am currently working on trying to remedy this but at this time, I can't. If you order from me, I will cancel and refund your order.

    If you have friends or family in the US or another country, you can use their address and have them ship it to you. Thanks for understanding and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

    UK Customers: You can always try a proxy service such as myus.com. While I have not used it personally, others I know have used it successfully to purchase products, but as always, make sure you do your own research to see if this is right for you.
